After 11 years of watching McRae’s Bistro (original West Coast bistro) grow as a neighborhood favorite, Cole Byers decided it was time to introduce The Rack bistro. While having a passion for creating a unique West Coast dining experience for people of all ages, Cole and his Wife, Jasmine decided to offer that missing piece of the dining experience to Langford!
